As a first time home buyers Delia was able to walk us through the buying process and went out of her way to make the entire process simple. She remained completely transparent in her opinions and experience when looking at homes. We never felt pressured or persuaded into making a decision we weren't comfortable with. She was very personable and understanding of our needs. 10/10 would recommend.
